With a humble idea of supporting and honing the required skills to deserved candidates from economically weak background and to enable them to get into Banking job, Ramesh Bhat the founder of this organisation started identifying the educated unemployed youths who are job hungry, trained and motivated them and made them job ready. These candidates upon getting right guidance from him, fine-tuned their skillsets and started cracking the Banking job interviews. This started happening in 1970s and continued till 1998. This noble cause subsequently continued by one of the founder's son Mahesh Kerur, but this time not constraining his effort to Banking sector alone, he spread this mission across all the job sectors. This whole idea excited a group of UK based Indian IT professionals upon going through the track record of Mahesh Kerur who was instrumental in getting job to 50K eligible candidates especially from rural areas of North Karnataka, thus started Rabsons Technologies to take this vision to bigger horizon.
